• Conversations and messages: chat content you send and receive through the assistant.
• Gmail data (if you connect Gmail): we access only what’s needed to read, summarize, and send replies on your behalf (scopes: email, profile, Gmail read/send/modify). We do not sell or share your email content with third parties for advertising.
• Usage data: we may log requests and errors to operate and improve the service (e.g. API usage, errors).

3. How we use your data

We use your data to provide the assistant (chat, Gmail actions, web search), to authenticate you, to store your preferences (e.g. AI provider), and to improve the service. Chat and email content may be sent to the AI provider you choose (e.g. OpenAI or a self-hosted model). We do not use your data to train third-party models unless the provider’s terms state otherwise (e.g. OpenAI’s usage policies).

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on infrastructure we use (e.g. databases, hosting). We use encryption where applicable (e.g. tokens, sensitive settings). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secure.

5. Third parties

We integrate with Google (sign-in, Gmail), AI providers (e.g. OpenAI), and optional services (e.g. email for OTP). Their privacy policies apply to their handling of data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Your rights

You can access and update your account and settings from the app. You can disconnect Gmail and delete or export your data by contacting us. You may have additional rights under your local laws (e.g. access, deletion, portability).

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
